Post Natal Certified Personal YOGA

Recover from the effects of pregnancy and birth, rebuild strength and regain your shape with post natal yoga. For your convenience, RaisingMOM’s Post Natal Yoga Specialist will come to your home. Baby wakes up, have her join in! Yoga can give you much-needed support at this time of changing responsibilities. Yoga is an ancient system of self-help that helps bring health and a feeling of "lightness" into every level of your being physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Regular yoga practice will quickly increase your overall feelings of health and fitness. Through yoga and other movements your private session will focus on: toning the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, help bring the uterus back to pre-pregnancy size, strengthen the lower back/ stretch the upper back, improve circulation and maintain good posture and reduce fatigue and increase relaxation

Your private yoga session can begin four weeks after a vaginal birth and six weeks after a Cesarean birth.
