We are there the moment you come home. Women across the globe appreciate and value the experience of having a doula. A doula is a knowledgeable, experienced companion who provides you with continuous physical, emotional, practical and informational support. Our Post Natal Doulas will assist you with newborn care, family adjustment, meal preparation and light household tidying.
Our Post Natal Doulas are available for scheduling in 15 or 20 hours blocks. We ask that you use this time in a minimum of 3 hour blocks.
