Mommy & Me Classes

Have Fun, Bond and Grow as a Mom and Baby

Mom’s First Steps (2w-12w): Facilitated by our Psychologist

Here is the perfect opportunity to get out of the house with your new baby. Come to an inviting baby-friendly environment, and make friends with other new moms who are experiencing similar adjustments to family life. Each expert-led weekly meeting offers time for support, information and discussion on topics of greatest concern to new moms: establishing routines and patterns, baby care, bonding, returning to work, coping strategies for the new family unit and much more. The physical and emotional challenges and joys of these early motherhood days will be addressed.

Suggested for moms with babies 2 – 10 weeks old at start of group. If registering prenatally, select a class that starts four weeks after your due-date: your baby will then be about 2-6 weeks when the group starts.
